Una vez ingrese la actuación al despacho del Magistrado Ponente, este dispondrá de veinte (20) días para registrar proyecto de decisión que será dictada por la Sala en la mitad de este término.

Antes del proferimiento del fallo, el Magistrado Ponente podrá ordenar oficiosamente la práctica de pruebas que estime necesarias, las cuales se evacuarán en un término no superior a quince (15) días y fuera de audiencia. Surtidas estas, se procederá conforme a lo indicado en el inciso precedente.

La apelación de providencias distintas del fallo será desatada de plano, en los mismos términos previstos en el inciso primero de este artículo.
