º. El Comité Intersectorial de Cooperación Internacional tendrá a su cargo, además de la función estipulada en el artículo anterior, previamente a que se inicie cualquier proceso de negociación con los donantes, las siguientes

Estudiar y analizar los programas sectoriales de cooperación que presenten las entidades demandantes de cooperación internacional;

Estudiar y analizar los perfiles de los proyectos de cooperación internacional.

Parágrafo 1

Corresponde al Comité Intersectorial de Cooperación Internacional preparar y aprobar su propio reglamento.
