Cesación de actividades. La cesación de actividades de una entidad de certificación sin la autorización de la Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio o la continuación de actividades después de producida ésta, la hará responsable de todos los perjuicios que cause a sus suscriptores y a terceros y la hará acreedora a las sanciones que imponga la Superintendencia.
