Las elecciones para Representantes, Diputados y Concejales para el período comprendido entre 1949 y 1951 se verificarán el primer domingo de junio de 1949.

En lo sucesivo el periodo y las sesiones ordinarias de las Asambleas Departamentales se iniciarán el primero de octubre de cada año.

Las elecciones para Representantes, Diputados y Concejales se verificarán simultáneamente en la fecha señalada para las elecciones de Representantes.

Las elecciones para Presidente de la República, en el próximo período constitucional, se verificarán el primer domingo de junio de 1950.
