En los hatos de primera categoría, se practicarán rutinariamente, a la leche entera cruda, como mecanismo de control interno, después de su enfriamiento las siguientes pruebas

Las destinadas a comprobar la totalidad de las características físico-químicas señaladas en el artículo 36 del presente Decreto;

Tiempo de reducción del azul de metileno (ensayo de reductosa);

Prueba de alcohol;

Registro de temperatura.

Parágrafo

Las condiciones especiales de la leche a que se refiere el presente artículo se comprobarán de conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo 36 de este Decreto.
