ARTICULO 3.3.2.1.- INVERSIONES. Sin perjuicio de las disposiciones legales especiales, las sociedades comisionistas podrán realizar todas aquellas inversiones que guarden relación directa con su objeto social. Tratándose de bienes inmuebles la inversión será procedente cuando tenga como finalidad la utilización del bien para el funcionamiento de la entidad. Unicamente requerirán de la autorización de la Superintendencia de Valores aquellas inversiones de capital que se pretendan realizar en otras sociedades o entidades.
