CONCEPTO. El concepto del fiscal no obliga al juzgador, quien podrá convocar, dentro de los cinco (5) días hábiles siguientes a su recibo, un tribunal de honor que juzgue en conciencia la conducta el acusado o declare que no existe mérito para tal juzgamiento. En este último caso se dará por concluida la actuación. La providencia por la cual se resuelva a convocar al tribunal, se notificará al inculpado o al vocero.
