Efectos de la impugnación . La sola presentación de la impugnación no afecta la validez y efectos de los actos que se impugnan, a menos que el Director General de la Dirección Nacional de Derecho de Autor, si lo considera necesario para evitar perjuicios graves, decretare la suspensión ya sea de oficio o a solicitud del impugnante.
