El indocumentado que se presente en demanda de documentación a las .oficinas correspondientes no podrá ser expulsado durante el lapso que dure su trámite y podrá continuar trabajando. Cuando el indocumentado deba ser expulsado, y teniendo en cuenta que la salida debe cumplirse de acuerdo con las principios de la dignidad humana, se dará aviso a las autoridades del país de origen, las cuales deberán prestar toda su colaboración.
