ARTICULO 45. Abandono del cargo . El Procurador General de la Nación, mediante procedimiento breve y sumario, hará la declaratoria de abandono del cargo a solicitud de cualquier ciudadano y sin perjuicio de las sanciones penales a que hubiere lugar.
