Sistemas de videovigilancia. Entiéndase como sistemas de video vigilancia, cualquier medio tecnológico o de video fijo o móvil que permita la gestión de múltiples dispositivos para el control local y remoto, con capacidad de captar, almacenar o procesar información, imágenes datos y todo tipo de contenido auditivo o visual, de propiedad pública o privada que se encuentren instalados en espacio público, áreas comunes, lugares abiertos al público o que siendo privados trasciendan a lo público.
