PUBLICIDAD PARA PREVENIR RIESGOS SANITARIOS. Los Servicios Seccionales de Salud y el Ministerio de Salud, deberán dar a la publicidad los hechos que como resultado del incumplimiento de las disposiciones sanitarias deriven graves riesgos para la salud de las personas o de los animales, con el objeto de prevenir a la comunidad.
