Incumplimiento del Quórum. Transcurrida la hora señalada para la reunión si no hay quórum para deliberar y decidir, la asamblea podrá sesionar válidamente iniciando su deliberación dentro de la hora siguiente y podrá adoptar decisiones con cualquier número de afiliados hábiles presentes.

Pasada la oportunidad anterior, si no se realiza la asamblea general, será necesario proceder a nueva convocatoria.
