Para los efectos de artículo anterior, se entiende por terminación de los estudios de Derecho el haber cursado y aprobado todos los cursos del pensum del respectivo instituto, colegio, facultad o universidad, aunque no se hayan presentado los exámenes preparatorios de grado.
