El Artículo 75 de la Constitución Nacional quedará así:
Toda reunión de miembros del Congreso que, con la mira de ejercer funciones propias de la Rama Legislativa del Poder Público, se efectúe fuera de las condiciones constitucionales, carecerá de validez; a los actos que realice no podrá dárseles efecto alguno, y las personas que en las deliberaciones tomen parte serán sancionadas conforme a las leyes.
