El Consejo de Academias y Escuelas está integrado por el Sub-jefe, quien lo preside, el Secretario General, el Director General de Inteligencia, el Jefe de la Oficina Jurídica, el Director de la Academia de Inteligencia y Seguridad Pública y los Directores de Investigación y Seguridad Rural, Extranjería, Protección y Recursos Humanos. Actuará como Secretario el Jefe de la División de Personal del Departamento.
