Adiciónese un considerando al Decreto 1074 de 2015, Decreto Único Reglamentario del Sector Comercio, Industria y Turismo, en los siguientes términos:
“Que en virtud de la simplificación y racionalización del ordenamiento jurídico que se pretende, la compilación de que trata el presente decreto incluye las normas que se expidan en virtud de las facultades conferidas al Presidente de la República en el numeral 25 del artículo 189 de la Constitución Política y que tengan vocación de permanencia, en lo relacionado con la regulación del comercio exterior”.
