A partir del 1° de enero de 2005, la remuneración mensual de los Procuradores Regionales será de: Seis millones ciento noventa y cuatro mil ochocientos seis pesos ($6.194.806) moneda corriente, distribuida así: Asignación básica 2.004.765 Gastos de representación 2.004.765 Prima técnica 1.092.638 Prima especial 1.092.638

Parágrafo

De acuerdo con lo dispuesto en el artículo 9° del Decreto 264 de 2000, la remuneración mensual del Procurador Regional será de: Seis millones ciento setenta y dos mil ciento ochenta y cuatro pesos ($6.172.184) moneda corriente, distribuida así: Asignación básica 3.048.410 Gastos de representación 2.379.671 Prima especial 744.103
