Art. 2.° Desde la misma fecha los billetes del Banco Nacional ganarán el interés del doce por ciento anual. Este interés se amortizará al mismo tiempo que el capital, esto es, al hacerse el entero de los billetes en cualquier pago oficial, se abonarán los intereses devengados por dichos billetes hasta el día del entero.
