°. Homologaciones . Dentro de los seis (6) meses siguientes a la entrada en vigencia del presente decreto, todos los titulares de las habilitaciones, que se encuentren vigentes, que realizan operaciones de comercio exterior a través de oleoductos, deberán homologarse a los requisitos aquí previstos.
