° Las entidades asociativas que tienen por objeto la explotación de los sorteos extraordinarios anuales de lotería podrán realizar con éstos un sorteo conmemorativo del V Centenario del Descubrimiento de América, con el nombre de Sorteo Iberoamericano de Loterías. Las asociaciones expresadas en el inciso anterior son aquellas que han sido constituidas por las beneficencias o loterías que pertenecen a las entidades territoriales titulares del monopolio del juego de lotería.
