Artículo tercero. Facúltase a la Gobernación del Departamento de Santander del Sur, para legalizar la cesión que se hace por el presente Decreto y dar cumplimiento a lo que él ordena. Cesión que elevará a escritura pública, en la cual actuará como testigo el Superintendente de Instituciones de Utilidad Común, y que deberá ser previamente aprobada por ese Despacho. Comuníquese y cúmplase.
