Ámbito de aplicación. El presente decreto se aplicará a los sujetos pasivos de la contribución parafiscal establecidos en el artículo 3 de la Ley 1101 de 2006, modificado por el artículo 37 de la Ley 2068 de 2020, al Fondo Nacional de Turismo y a su administrador.
