Cuando una finca sea fraccionada por transferencia parcial, división, etc. a las partes que pasen a otros dueños se les abrirá su correspondiente matrícula, haciendo en ésta y en la anterior las referencias pertinentes para establecer la vinculación entre las diferentes matrículas.
