Incorporación . Los funcionarios que prestan sus servicios a la Unidad de Planeación Minero Energética organizada por el artículo 12 del Decreto 2119 de 1992, que sean incorporados a la nueva planta de personal de la Unidad de Planeación de que trata el presente Decreto, deberán cumplir con el requisito de la posesión en el nuevo cargo, de conformidad con las reglas previstas en el artículo 81 del Decreto 1042 de 1978.
