º . Modifícase el artículo 1º del Decreto 2858 del 27 de julio de 2007, el cual quedará así: " Artículo 1º. Objeto y ámbito de aplicación . El presente acto administrativo, tiene por objeto determinar, en todo el territorio nacional, el procedimiento para obtener el Certificado Médico de Aptitud Psicofísica para la Tenencia y el Porte de Armas de Fuego que debe presentar todo aspirante a obtener por primera vez y/o por revalidación, el permiso para el porte o tenencia de armas de fuego".
