Los Notarios están facultados para expedir certificaciones sobre aspectos especiales y concretos que consten en el protocolo, con fuerza probatoria de instrumentos públicos, solo en los casos autorizados por la Ley. Pertenecen a esta categoría los extractos de las escrituras de constitución, reforma, disolución o liquidación de sociedades, conforme a las normas pertinentes de los Códigos Civil y de Comercio.
