Clasificación por autoevaluación. La comunicación de la clasificación de un establecimiento educativo privado en el régimen de libertad regulada con base en el resultado de su autoevaluación, deberá ser presentada a la secretaría de educación de la entidad territorial certificada donde se encuentre ubicado el establecimiento, de conformidad con lo previsto en el Decreto 2253 de 1995, en la manera en que queda compilado en el presente Decreto.
