ARTICULO 2.1.3.1.6 .- DE LOS FONDOS COMUNES ESPECIALES DE INVERSION. Las sociedades fiduciarias podrán integrar fondos comunes especiales. Ningún fondo común especial podrá entrar en operación sin contar con la previa autorización de la Superintendencia Bancaria. Las sociedades fiduciarias, podrán constituir y administrar simultáneamente varios fondos comunes especiales de inversión, siempre y cuando acrediten ante la Superintendencia Bancaria, la capacidad administrativa necesaria.
