El Secretario del Tribunal Superior de Distrito Judicial, y en su caso, el de la Sala Penal de la Corte Suprema de Justicia o el del Tribunal Disciplinario, enviarán al Ministerio de Justicia copia auténtica de la providencia firme que haya decidido sibre (sic) la inscripción del abogado o la aceptación del dependiente. Caso de haberse denegado la inscripción o la aceptación, el Ministerio anotará el hecho en su registro y lo comunicará a los demás Tribunales del país.
