Los Funcionarios A Que Se Refiere El Artículo 14o

ARTICULO 9. Los funcionarios a que se refiere el artículo 14o. de la Ley 4a. de 1992, con excepción de los señalados en el

Parágrafo

de dicho artículo, tendrán derecho a percibir a partir del 1o. de enero de 1996, una prima especial, sin carácter salarial, equivalente al treinta por ciento (30%) del salario básico. La prima a que se refiere el presente artículo, es incompatible con la prima a que hace referencia el artículo 6o. del presente decreto.
