Cédense al Fondo de Fomento Agrícola del Departamento de Antioquia, todos los bienes de propiedad del Centro de Colonización del Río Magdalena, creado por del Decreto-Ley número 0261 del 22 de octubre de 1957.

Parágrafo 1

El Presidente del Centro de Colonización del Río Magdalena o su representante legal, hará las escrituras del caso, y entregará los semovientes y enseres al Director del Fondo de Fomento Agrícola del Departamento de Antioquia.

Parágrafo 2

Queda derogado el Decreto-Ley número 0261 del 22 de octubre de 1957.
