Son Funciones Del Grupo De Mecanografía: A) Ejecutar Todos Los Trabajos De Mecanografía Para Las Distintas Dependencias Del Ministerio, Con Excepción De Las Secciones O Unidades Que Tengan Su Propio Servicio De Mecanografía

Articulo 30. Son funciones del Grupo de Mecanografía

a)

Ejecutar todos los trabajos de mecanografía para las distintas dependencias del Ministerio, con excepción de las secciones o unidades que tengan su propio servicio de mecanografía.

b)

Controlar cualitativa y cuantitativamente los trabajos de mecanografía.

c)

Adiestrar el nuevo personal de mecanografía.

d)

Llevar registros y rendir informe sobre el trabajo realizado.

e)

Aplicar infectivos de trabajo.
