En las mismas condiciones del artículo 1° de la Ley 42 de 1942 , auméntase hasta setenta mil (70.000) toneladas el cupo de trigo que puede introducirse cada año, dos terceras partes de las cuales serán importadas directamente por las empresas molineras situadas en las zonas no productoras o de escasa producción en el país.
