ARTICULO 3 º. A partir del 1º de enero de 1994, el incremento de salario por antigüedad que venían percibiendo algunos funcionarios a quienes se aplica este decreto, en virtud de lo dispuesto en los Decretos Extraordinarios 1042 de 1978 y 895 de 1992, se reajustará en un veintiuno por ciento (21%). Si al aplicar el porcentaje de que trata el presente artículo resultaren centavos se desecharán.
