TRANSFERENCIA A LA FEDERACION COLOMBIANA DE MUNICIPIOS. De la participación total que corresponde a los Distritos y Municipios en los ingresos corrientes de la Nación se girará el 0.0001 (cero, punto, cero, cero, cero, uno) a la Federación Colombiana de Municipios que tendrá a su cargo las funciones que le asigna el presente Estatuto y la Ley 60 de 1993 y la promoción y representación de sus afiliados que serán por derecho propio todos los Distritos y Municipios del país.
