Artículo diez y ocho. Es entendido que a partir del primero de enero de 1949 no se permitirá el funcionamiento de ninguna fábrica de bebidas fermentadas o producción de ellas a base de cereales, azúcar y melaza de caña que no reúna las condiciones establecidas por Decreto - Ley 1839 de 1948 y con el presente Decreto reglamentario. En dicha fecha caduca pues, toda la licencia anterior o que no se ciña a lo aquí prescrito.
