Artículo Tercero. El Ministerio de Agricultura y Ganadería enviará la lista de los cupos individuales a las respectivas oficinas de control de Cambios, Importaciones y Exportaciones.

Parágrafo

La oficina de Control de Cambios, Importaciones y Exportaciones concederá las licencias de Exportación directamente a los productores que hayan obtenido adjudicación de cupos individuales, o a los compradores que comprueben haber utilizado parte o la totalidad de uno o varios cupos individuales señalados a los productores.
