Pólizas de Seguros. Previo al inicio de la operación las empresas de transporte masivo presentarán una póliza de seguro de responsabilidad civil contractual y extracontractual amparando los riesgos de muerte, incapacidad total y permanente, incapacidad temporal, daños a bienes de terceros y gastos médicos y de hospitalización de terceros, sin perjuicio de los demás seguros que se establezcan en la ley y en los pliegos de condiciones.
