Deducir y girar en el término previsto en la ley, a la entidad operadora de libranzas o al autorizado legalmente para recaudar y administrar el flujo, a nombre del beneficiario los recursos deducidos del salario, pensión o remuneración, siempre que medie autorización expresa y escrita para realizar dicho descuento.
