De la licencia para adelantar estudios . Podrán concederse licencias ordinarias sin sueldo, por períodos hasta de dos (2) años para adelantar estudios relacionados con las actividades inherentes al Sistema Nacional de Salud. En este caso, terminados los estudios el funcionario asume la obligación de prestar servicios en cualquier organismo del Sistema Nacional de Salud por un período igual al de la licencia.
