En la aplicación de la presente ley, se garantizarán y protegerán los derechos reconocidos en la Constitución Política, así como en los tratados y convenios internacionales sobre derechos humanos ratificados por Colombia, que resulten compatibles con la naturaleza de la acción de extinción de dominio.
