El Gobierno procederá a adquirir y destinar a la mayor brevedad en el Valle de Sibundoy y las zonas de terrenos que fueren necesarias para efectos de construir el aeródromo de pasto en el lugar que la técnica y estudios indiquen como adecuados del referido Valle.

Parágrafo

: Para efectos de dar cumplimiento a la disposición de esta Ley, se declaran de utilidad pública las zonas de terrenos que se ordena adquirir.
