Con el fin de apoyar y estimular las labores de investigación de la lepra, destinarse la partida de cinco mil pesos ($5.000) para recompensar al bacteriólogo colombiano que haya realizado en los últimos tiempos trabajos más importantes en la bacteriología de la lepra.
