IMPUGNACIONES. Compete a los jueces civiles municipales el conocimiento de las impugnaciones de los actos o decisiones de la asamblea general y de la junta directiva de las Asociaciones Mutuales, cuando no se ajusten a la ley o a los estatutos, o cuando excedan los límites del objeto social. El procedimiento será el abreviado previsto en el Código de Procedimiento Civil. CAPITULO VI. DE LOS SERVICIOS.
