Puesto el caso de honor en conocimiento de una autoridad competente, corresponde a ella decidir si se debe iniciar la investigación o si se trata de una falta disciplinaria o de falta que constituye causal de mala conducta. Si se dispone iniciar la investigación ésta se desarrollará conforme a las previsiones del presente reglamento para los informativos disciplinarios.
