Los prestadores de servicio escolar en vehículos particulares que incumplan las obligaciones establecidas en el artículo 8º del presente decreto, serán sancionados con multa equivalente a tres (3) salarios mínimos mensuales legales vigentes, exceptuando el incumplimiento del numeral 13 de dicho artículo, en cuyo caso la sanción será de treinta (30) salarios mínimos mensuales legales vigentes.
