De la organización de las Superintendencias. La dirección de cada Superintendencia estará a cargo del Superintendente y, cuando la ley así lo disponga, de una junta o Consejo. En su organización y funcionamiento el Gobierno aplicará, en cuanto sean adecuadas las normas del presente Decreto.
