Autorízase al Gobierno para que contribuya a la erección del monumento que por cuenta de Colombia y el Ecuador se construirá en la línea de frontera del Carchi.

El gasto que ocasione el cumplimiento de la presente Ley se incluirá en el Presupuesto de la vigencia venidera.
