El Ministro De Minas Y Energía Declarará El Inicio Y El Cese Del Racionamiento Programado, Mediante Actos Administrativos
Decreto 1515 de 2002 · por el cual se fija el orden de atención prioritaria cuando se presenten insalvables restricciones en la oferta de Gas Natural o situaciones de grave emergencia, no transitorias, que impidan garantizar un mínimo de abastecimiento de la demanda.
